Deliveries and returns
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

- Shipping : your package has been handed over to our carrier and delivery is in progress.
- Theoretical delivery date : date your package should be delivered to you.
- Delivery : your package has been delivered to your home.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for reimbursement.
Please note that parts from which the label has been detached, or parts which have been washed, cannot be returned.
Firmaman does not currently cover return costs.
