Please note that parts from which the label has been detached, or parts which have been washed, cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Exchange

We do not do exchanges on our Firmaman.com site. For a new size, another model or another color, simply reorder on our e-shop!

If, despite all our quality controls, your part should present a defect, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at info@firmaman.com
